• • Eligibility for  Refunds
    Refunds are only applicable if services are not delivered as agreed or if there is a failure to initiate the campaign due to issues on RD Ads Expert’s end.

  • Non-Refundable Services
    Fees for services rendered, including partially completed campaigns or consultations, are non-refundable.

  • Refund Request Process
    To request a refund, submit a written request to support@rdadsexpert.com within 7 business days of service delivery. Include the reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence.

  • Processing Time
    Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

  • Changes to Refund Policy
    RD Ads Expert reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
